GAJJAR KA HALWA or CARROT HALWA

Gajjar or Carrot halwa is a Indian traditional sweet made out of carrots.
INGREDIENTS
Carrots -1kg finely grated
milk -2cups
sweetened condensed milk -1 tin
cardamom -4no
raisins and nuts -few
gee or clarified butter -2 tbsp
DIRECTIONS
In microwave safe bowl mix the grated carrots,milk,sweetened condensed milk.keep in the microwave for 10 mints un covered and cook.after 10 mints take the bowl out and mix well.again keep in the microwave of another 10 mints,then  stir it all well.like this keep on for total 40 mints .now add the powdered cardamoms.fry the nuts and raisins in the gee and add in the halwa with gee.give a good mix .gajjar halwa is ready.

MERINGUES

Meringues are cute little cookies made out of egg white,it melts in the mouth so tasty..

INGREDIENTS
egg whites-3 
sugar -1/2 cup
DIRECTION
preheat the oven set to 100 degree.prepare the baking tray by laying aluminum foil or grease proof paper on the tray.whip the egg white with a electric blender add sugar little by little.whip the egg and sugar until it become stiff and glossy.if no mixture drops when bowl is tipped, its ready.make sure the egg whites are completely yolk free and the wiping bowl is clean.any grease and yolk ill prevent egg whites from whipping fluffy.shape the meringues by drooping a teaspoon full of mixture on the baking tray.place each one 1 inch apart.bake for 50 mins.after that leave the meringues in the oven to cool.meringues are ready to eat.

BREAD PUDDING



Bread pudding can be served as a hot or cool pudding.
ingredients
Bread slices -8
butter -50grms
sugar -1 cup
full fat milk -3cups
raisins -2tbls
eggs -3
DIRECTIONS
grease a baking dish with some butter.spread the remaining butter on the bread slices and cut the bread into small cubes.spread the bread cubes in to the baking dish along with the raisins.
Now for the custard heat the milk .do not boil just heat it and add sugar to the milk. remove  the milk from stove and add 3 beaten eggs to the heat milk.now pour the milk to the bread.let the bread rest for 10 mints.pre heat the oven for about 200 degree .bake the bread for about 45 mints.till golden brown layer forms on the top.you can also use canned cream on top of the bread.and spread some sugar on top so that it became brown.serve hot or chilled.

TRAIN CAKE

Train cake for my kids, a big surprise..

i have cut the vanilla cake into box shapes and decorated with chocolate topping and different types of chocolates.it take about 1 hour to finish it but really it ill be a surprise for Ur lovely kids.
