HAKKA NOODELS

Indian influenced chineseHakka noodles is a mouth watering dish.
INGREDIENTS
Vegetables  need
carrot -2big
capsicum -2 small
green peas -1/2 cup
cabbage -1/2 cup
onion  -1 big
i have also added some chicken franks,you may use egg or chicken
so ya sauce -2tbsp
pepper powder -1 tbsp
vinegar -1/2tsp
salt to taste
noodles -4packets of Maggi noodles or any other brands
oil-3tbsp
direction
In a big pot boil 8cups of water along with a tablespoon of oil.And cook the noodles well then drain it and put some cool water in to the cooked noodles ,so the it wont stick each other.drain the cool water and keep aside.now keep a Chinese wok heat oil and fry the veg's and chicken franks in a high flame.when the veg's turn little Browne put the noddles and stir fry the noddles well .now add the sauce,pepper,vinegar and mix well.stir fry for about 3 mints.hot Hakka noddles is ready.

STRAWBERRY FILL CAKE

soft cake filled with strawberry filling and covered in butter icing.

INGREDIENTS
for cake
flour -200 gms
powdered sugar -200 gms
butter at room temperature -200gms
eggs at room temp -4 no
baking powder -1 tsp
vanilla essence-1tsp
strawberry filling - 1 can[or u can use jam]
For Topping
butter - 250 gms
powdered  sugar - 200 gms
 vanilla essence - 1tsp
 coco powder - 3 tbsp
Directions
mix the flour and baking powder well,keep aside.in a clean bowl beat the butter till fluffy and then add the powdered sugar beat the butter and sugar well.In to this add the eggs one by one and mix well.you can use an electric blender or can blend with a wooden spoon.now add the flour little by little and blend along with vanilla essence.now the batter for cake is ready.
bake the cake in 200 degree for about 30 to 40 Min's.
let the cake cool.now for the topping.mix the butter and sugar well to a creamy texture add vanilla essence. divide the butter cream in to 2 parts in separate bowls .add the coco powder in a part and butter cream and mix well.
cut the cake in to 2 rounds from the middle of the cake .now spread the strawberry filling on one layer of the cake and keep the other layer on the top of the filling .then you can crumb coat the cake with the butter cream.let ti cool in the refrigerator for 5 Min's .then you can decorate the cake as u wish with the butter cream and coco butter cream.frost the decorated cake for 1 hour and use.

GULAB JAMUN

Gulab jamun the Indian dessert all time favourite.
ingredients
milk powder -1 cup
corn flour - 2tblsp
baking powder -1/2tsp
milk or water -about 4tblsp
oil or gee - enough for deep fry the jamuns
for syrup
sugar - 2 cups
water - 2 cups
cardamoms -4 no
Rose water -1tblsp
METHOD
first make the syrup .boil the water and add the sugar,cardamom,rose water in to the water.boil it until the sugar dissolve in the water to make a syrup.keep aside.
mix the milk powder, corn flour  and baking powder well and make a smooth dough using the milk or water.for a smoother jamuns use milk.make small balls out of the dough.around 25 Small balls u can make.use some gee if it is sticking to Ur hands .
heat the oil keep the flame in a low and deep fry the jamuns .get the jamuns out with a Browne colour.and put them in to the sugar syrup.make sure jamuns have enough syrup to soke.serve the jamuns after one hour or chilled.

beef masala fry

The spicy beef masala fry is a traditional kerala dish which is a mouth watering dish gos well with nans,and roties.
ingredients
beef- 1kg
turmeric powder-1tsp
pepper powder-1tblsp
coriander powder-2tblsp
ginger garlic paste-1tblsp
soy sauce- 3tblsp
salt to taste
curry leafs- few
onion-3 no
green chillies-4
coconut  oil-4tblsp
method
keep the cleaned beef in a cooker along with ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder,coriander powder,pepper powder,salt and soy sauce.mix it all well .let the beef cook until soft.after opening the lid of the cooker if water remains keep in a high flame till all water get dry.put the kadayi on the flame and fry the sliced onions and chillis in coconut oil along with curry leafs.when it became golden brown add the cooked beef.fry all the ingredients until fry and Browne in colour. serve hot with rice or roties.

Onion Rings



As its winter we all love to have a cup of tea with some crunchy snacks.so I'm posting the recipe of onion ring so yummy and crunchy...


 ingredients
 onions-2 medium
four-1cup
corn flour-2tbsp
red chilly powder-1/2tsp
salt -to taste
soda -enough to make a batter
 bread scrums-1/2 cup
method
cut the onions into rings and keep aside.make a smooth batter out of flour,con flour,salt ,rechilly,and soda.dip each onion rings in the batter and cover the rings with bread scrums.now deep fry them in a medium heat untill golden Browne.serve it with ketchup.

salt to taste
read chilly powder or kashmir chili_1tbsp
turmeric powder_1\2 tSp
lemon juice_of one lemon
black pepper powder_1tSp
kasuri met hi_1tbsp
garam masala_1tSp
yogurt_2tbsp

its a very simple recipe.just clean the chicken and marinate the chicken with all the ingredients above keep it  rest for 1 hour .then u can bake it with about 2 tbsp of oil brushing on the top of the chicken .bake on 250 degree for about 1 hour until golden brown.or else u cane fry in oil.
