STRAWBERRY FILL CAKE

soft cake filled with strawberry filling and covered in butter icing.

INGREDIENTS
for cake
flour -200 gms
powdered sugar -200 gms
butter at room temperature -200gms
eggs at room temp -4 no
baking powder -1 tsp
vanilla essence-1tsp
strawberry filling - 1 can[or u can use jam]
For Topping
butter - 250 gms
powdered  sugar - 200 gms
 vanilla essence - 1tsp
 coco powder - 3 tbsp
Directions
mix the flour and baking powder well,keep aside.in a clean bowl beat the butter till fluffy and then add the powdered sugar beat the butter and sugar well.In to this add the eggs one by one and mix well.you can use an electric blender or can blend with a wooden spoon.now add the flour little by little and blend along with vanilla essence.now the batter for cake is ready.
bake the cake in 200 degree for about 30 to 40 Min's.
let the cake cool.now for the topping.mix the butter and sugar well to a creamy texture add vanilla essence. divide the butter cream in to 2 parts in separate bowls .add the coco powder in a part and butter cream and mix well.
cut the cake in to 2 rounds from the middle of the cake .now spread the strawberry filling on one layer of the cake and keep the other layer on the top of the filling .then you can crumb coat the cake with the butter cream.let ti cool in the refrigerator for 5 Min's .then you can decorate the cake as u wish with the butter cream and coco butter cream.frost the decorated cake for 1 hour and use.
