GULAB JAMUN

Gulab jamun the Indian dessert all time favourite.
ingredients
milk powder -1 cup
corn flour - 2tblsp
baking powder -1/2tsp
milk or water -about 4tblsp
oil or gee - enough for deep fry the jamuns
for syrup
sugar - 2 cups
water - 2 cups
cardamoms -4 no
Rose water -1tblsp
METHOD
first make the syrup .boil the water and add the sugar,cardamom,rose water in to the water.boil it until the sugar dissolve in the water to make a syrup.keep aside.
mix the milk powder, corn flour  and baking powder well and make a smooth dough using the milk or water.for a smoother jamuns use milk.make small balls out of the dough.around 25 Small balls u can make.use some gee if it is sticking to Ur hands .
heat the oil keep the flame in a low and deep fry the jamuns .get the jamuns out with a Browne colour.and put them in to the sugar syrup.make sure jamuns have enough syrup to soke.serve the jamuns after one hour or chilled.
